To consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2013 and to take note of the Auditors’ Report on the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2013.2. To recommend Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2013.3.
